One of many rules to success is to dream.

Highly successful people dream. They spend a lot of time dreaming. I'm not talking about sleeping and dreaming and nightmares. I'm talking about focusing on where you want to go in your life.

Your dreams you know, the things you've always dreamed off. The things people been trying to talk you out off saying, "well that's too much, that's ridiculous". The things they don't want you to have, because that's what they want. They figure out there's not enough room for their things, so if you get your share they can't have theirs.

It's all miss / false data Folks. Don't worry about it.

Focus on your dreams. You get what you focus on. Your entire existence, whatever you've focused on, has happened to you.

This is already taking place in your life right now. I'm not asking you to do anything different, because what you're focusing on right now, is what you are getting.

No person is happy without a goal, it's impossible!

They say, "Shubham, you are a highly goal oriented". I said, "Absolutely I am, because you know what, I can't be happy if I don't have a goal."

Look at the homeless person, do they look happy to you? No, because there is no goal, there's is no job okay!

No person can be happy, without faith in their ability to reach a goal. It's just impossible folks!

Management, sales people, human beings, everybody, every walk in a planet. Understand this, without goals, without hopes, without ambitions, without the attainment of pleasure, it is nearly impossible to be happy.

Because my goals bring me pleasure, would you agree?

Security- If you are looking for security in your life, security only lies in a person's confidence, in their ability to reach their goals and having those goals to reach.

If you don't have goals and dreams, you can't be happy.

If you don't have dreams, and goals, and things you're focused on, you will always feel like, "man what's wrong". If someone asks how are you doing, you be like, "it's all right man". How's your career, "it's all right man"!

All this is because your goals and dreams are missing. This means you're showing up for work, but you work for the wrong people.

What I mean is you are not working for the right purpose, your dreams, you're everything.

Everything is created by you. See you are an universe. A human being is the universe. I am an universe by myself. So that's very empowering for me to believe, " hey man! I create everything in my life". Let this be be the motto you live by.

There are no victims. Nothing happens to you, that you don't create, there are no victims, there are only creators. You create everything in your life folks.

See you got to agree with the fact that, for the formula of success to work in your life, you have to agree that, you are the cause and you are the creator.
